Once you submit this form, you will get an email confirming your order details, and then another email when your calendar has been shipped. Please be patient, as we will ship calendars in large quantities for efficiency.

Prices: $16 each, or $14 each if you purchase three or more. We have weighed them and calculated our shipping costs to be $2.50 for one calendar, and an additional $1.50 per calendar more (up to five calendars). We have bulk shipping options for over five calendars, so please email us if you wish to purchase more than that.
