Sweet, smiley, Rylee is ready to please!
Meet Rylee – a 4 year old Border Collie (or English Shepherd) mix. Rylee is a very sweet girl who is house and crate trained and has gone through some basic obedience training. She is an active girl who needs someone to help her burn some energy and calories (as she is a little overweight right now).
Rylee was a running buddy in her foster home and loved getting out to stretch her legs whenever possible! She would make a wonderful companion for an active runner or walker, though she does need some work on leash manners. She is very loving and biddable and wants nothing more than to please her person.
Rylee can be reactive to some dogs, so she would do best as an only dog with an owner willing to work with her to give her some direction and help boost her confidence! She did fine with dog savvy indoor cats and liked the neighborhood kids, though she has never lived with any.
Rylee is currently being fostered in Charlotte, NC.
